Расположение отеля идеально: на набережной в самом центре Ярославля. Поскольку мы заказали номер студию, в стоимость вошла и парковка в охраняемом дворе гостиницы. Номер удобный и комфортный, большая двуспальная кровать и неплохого качества постельное бельё. В номере есть тапочки и халаты. Есть сейф и даже утюг с гладильной доской. На завтрак предлагается вкусная и разнообразная пища на любой вкус. На этаже стоит кулер с питьевой водой. Персонал приятный и доброжелательный. В общем нам очень понравилось пребывание в этой гостинице. Теперь пару слов о минусах. В номере есть чайник, и когда мы приехали, в корзиночке лежали пара пакетиков чая и пара пакетиков сахара. Мы попили чай с дороги, конечно же. Но после, за всё время пребывания нам ни разу не положили больше ни чая, ни сахара. Очень странно. Так же было и с принадлежностями для ванной комнаты. Хорошо, что у нас было всё с собой. Ну и ещё на заметку: по вечерам выходных в ресторане проходят пьянки-гулянки с музыкой, буханье которой было слышно даже на нашем шестом этаже.
Гостиница расположена очень удобно, почти всё рядом ( в шаговой доступности) и набережная, и храмы, и кафе. Номера уютные, чистые. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. В отеле очень хороший завтрак, разнообразный, большой выбор блюд, даже детям понравится!!!
Жили в номере "Панорама",номер очень уютный,с балконом,с красивым видом на реку и город. В номере есть все необходимое.Очень хорошая клиентоориентированность персонала, решили все вопросы. Удобное расположение в центре старой части города,все дни ходили везде пешком. Вкусный завтрак. Спасибо за замечательный отдых!
Расположение - хорошее: очень недалеко от центра. Завтраки - тоже хорошие: сытные и вкусные. Впрочем, в ресторане гостиницы и поужинать можно очень достойно. Номерам, конечно, не помешал бы косметический ремонт: и в ванной есть "недоглядки", и ковровое напольное покрытие пора бы заменить. В остальном - всё весьма хорошо.
Гостиница оставила положительные впечатления. Удобное расположение. Чисто, комфортно, уборка каждый день. Есть чайник, холодильник. Неудобно расположены розетки и их мало. Ресторан не понравился. Завтраки - шведский стол 500 руб обычный вариант столовой. Вроде всего много, а выбрать нечего. Один раз заказали, больше не стали. Мы на завтрак много не едим, и на отдыхе хотелось бы пусть одно блюдо, но вкусное, с интересной подачей. Поэтому ходили в любимые городские кафе.
Мы жили на третьем этаже . Все очень понравилось : персонал вежливый , в номере и вообще везде чисто ухожено ( есть возможность вызова горнечной для уборки ) , есть платенце мыло шампуни и халаты , прекрасное обильное и разнообразный шведский стол , охраняемая стоянка которая входит в стоимость номера . А из недостатков то : в первые секунды вода из крана чем то пахнет потом уже незамечаешь и горячей воды нет только теплая , правда в тойже ванной установлено и отдельный проточный водо нагреватель .

Хорошая гостиница, в центре города, цены приемлемые. В номере есть зеркала, стол, стулья, чайник, чашки, чай, сахар, фен, телефон, телевизор, шкаф, холодильник, радио, кондиционер. Также есть телефон и в санузле, который совмещённый. Полотенца фирменные. На завтрак у нас был шведский стол. На фото вид с 8 этажа. На этаже есть гладильная комната, кулер с водой. На улице обустроена курилка.
